Tenant Journey Experience with Apollo SDA

Your SDA Dream Home is more than just bricks and mortar. It’s about meeting your functional needs in a way that also supports your independence, safety, access to the community and your support team and importantly, your choice and control.

Understanding your Needs

We begin by working closely with participants, their support coordinators, families, and allied health professionals to understand:

  • Daily living needs
  • Goals and lifestyle preferences
  • NDIS plan and SDA eligibility
  • Design category required (e.g. Robust, HPS, IL, FA)

Property Matching

Our journey team will help identify the most suitable home based on individual requirements:

  • Location preferences
  • Design category
  • Level of accessibility
  • Community fit

Clear Communication

Participants are supported with:

  • Clear communication around construction stages and timelines.
  • Visiting or virtually viewing the SDA home
  • Understanding how the home supports their independence and wellbeing
  • Connect with co-tenants (if applicable)
  • Ask questions and provide feedback

Transition Planning

Preparing to move into your new home:

  • Move-in plans are coordinated with the support providers
  • Any customisations need to be finalised
  • Clear communication around move-in dates

Settling In

After moving in:

  • Participants receive ongoing support from their SIL or care providers
  • Apollo SDA ensures a smooth transition to your new home
  • We welcome feedback to continually improve the living experience
