WHO WE ARE

About Apollo SDA

OUR MISSION

About us

Our purpose is to help people with a disability find their dream home. We achieve this through our participant-led approach. Our clients build an NDIS home feeling supported. Our homes give them the best opportunity to live in a nurtured, safe environment with the opportunity to thrive.

This mission is a deeply personal one. It is rooted in the lived experience of our founders. They understand the challenges and struggles of finding suitable disability housing options for much-loved family members. We believe that every person, regardless of ability, has the right to a home that is more than just ‘accommodation’. A specialist disability home should be a place that they love, that they feel connected to and where they feel safe and nurtured.

COMPANY CORE VALUES

Our Values

Be Participant-Led

Focusing on helping people with a disability find their dream home is our purpose and it drives everything that we do. Take the time to understand their challenges, frustrations and goals and solve for them. Participants are our life force – lets ensure that collectively their journey with us is extraordinary.

Positively Impact The Sector

We are part of an important ecosystem – everything we do should enhance the disability sector and all of its stakeholders.

Be The Team-Mate You Seek

Think of your ideal team-mate and then be that person. Hold yourself and others accountable to that standard. Collaboration fuels success. No politics.

Get Stuff Done

We value completing our to-do list. Use initiative, be resourceful and get it done. Ticking the boxes sparks momentum and once momentum builds, success follows.

Always Innovating, Always Improving

Continuous improvement is a shared responsibility, not only in the design and functionality of our homes, but our workflows, processes and impact in the sector.
