Emma has extensive background on providing person-centered supports to people with a disability and complex needs, across a variety of settings including emergency respite, NDIS, SDA accommodation and community outreach.

A significant portion of Emma’s career has been with NGOs and she has a strong understanding of how to engage and respond to people with a disability in an accommodation setting.

Prior to joining Apollo SDA, Emma was the Regional Operations Manager – NSW, ACT & QLD for an SDA provider, overseeing operations and providing motivation and support to tenants throughout their housing journey. Emma holds a Bachelor of Community Services (Children and Young People) and has a deep personal passion for working with people to help them achieve their goals.
