This community led project was designed to meet the complex needs of a local group of families that have been living together for almost 20 years. Located across the road from the Brookside shopping centre, the property features access to airconditioned shopping, local parks, sporting facilities and the Blackwood Street retail precinct.

The two large homes inlcude several bespoke design features that span across two large neighbouring land sites. Each Hamptons inspired single storey home has been designed to exceed the NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation standards.

It features sensory landscape gardens, an outdoor BBQ area, alfresco with a smart screen cinema & a fully accessible ‘magnesium’ hydrotherapy pool.

Each home is also pet friendly and all  resident bedrooms feature a custom ensuite bathroom and private terraces to maximise privacy & separation.

To maximise the safety of our residents, all homes incorporate Onsite Overnight Accommodation (OOA), emergency back-up power plus a fire sprinkler system.

Energy assessment & sustainability reviews completed by external consultants with features such a home Insulation & Solar panels added to reduce annual utility costs.
